Front Office Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for maintaining & developing efficient front office operations through planning, organizing, staffing, executing and controlling the functions of the department in line with the highest level of performance and quality standard of hotel is expected.
- Direct the day-to-day hotel Front Office operations.
- Maximized guest satisfaction.
- Develop hotel's Rooms performance (Optimize Revenue Strategies).
**Requirements**:
- Min 5 years experience in similar role.
- Proven leadership abilities, revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L's and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations practices.
- Applications must be willing to work in Johor.
- Position open to Malaysians only.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
