**Requirements**
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage.
- Minimum qualification of SPM certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience specifically within the Pest Control Industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Pest Control industry-standard office software and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
**Responsibility**
- Handle all office administrative tasks, including database management, providing administrative support services, maintaining sales records and collaborating closely with all staff members.
- Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities accurately.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information meticulously.
- Prepare and distribute mail, packages, and other materials by addressing, stamping, sorting, and distributing them accordingly.
- Complete and dispatch bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or cheques as required.
- Type letters, memo and other correspondence accurately.
- Attend to other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.
