- Responsible for all Freight shipment [Import and Export] planning and arrangement from booking, pick up, pre-alert notification till the billing process
- Able to do quotation for sea freight and air freight clients
- Verify Billing Invoices prior to send out to Customer and Overseas agent
- Maintain Freight filling and records
- Control and negotiate all Freight Rates & Local Handling Charges by the third-party provider
- Verify payment for Freight Liner & Local Handling Charges before the payment requisition
- Attend to custom matter and close follow up on the BL
- Monitor and follow up on hauler / trucking arrangement
- Knowledgeable in custom form

Requirement:

- Diploma or above qualification in any related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer usage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
