Location : Penang

Salary : RM commensurate with experience
- Overseeing the whole of sales and after-sales product sales in the Northern region markets of Malaysia for Machine Technology
- Services including punching and bending tools, service agreements, spare parts, software and retrofits
- Provide customer service support for the company products and services to customers in assigned area.
- Visit customers to share and offer service solutions (all Service products)
- Represent the company and provide support for representation at events such as exhibitions.
- Coordinate promotion of sales activities
- Selling (bundles of ) services with new machines.
- Implement and support local market strategy in collaboration with Regional Head Quarters
- Provide regular updates to General Manager
- Responsible for achieving sales target set by the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and/or after-sales service, preferably in machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the machinery industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility, problem-solving, decision making abilities and customer orientation.
- Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.
- Be able to have frequent business travel with irregular base.
- Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal driven.
- Fluency in bilingual language (both written and spoken)
