Position & Domain: Business Development / Sales Manager / Account Manager
Location: Penang
Target Market: SEA
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with ThunderSoft business and products
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including decision-makers at all levels
- Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate with clients including promote the deals and close sales
- Track and report on sales activity, including pipeline and forecast
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT outsourcing industry
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and trends in the industry
- Able to develop new clients and build a database of potential clients in various sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients
