**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet and assist guests at the front desk
- Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs with a welcoming attitude
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a smile
- Presentable appearance with a polished and professional demeanor
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
