**Job Summary**
Responsible for handling specialty products (include Oncology, haematology and others) where executive have to be well versed with product knowledge, disease area as well as management of key stakeholders in his/her area. Asides from KPIs which include achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories, he/she need to have good knowledge of product enlistment in government and private hospitals to ensure products accessibility to patients.

**General Responsibilities**
- Execute Call/visit existing and prospective customers to detail and discuss on product, identify on the right patients that product can be of benefit, discuss on the studies that support on the usage of this product.
- Identify the right customers for new product or new areas to be included into customers list
- Develop territorial plan and ensure execution of plan to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
- Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed
- Follow up on quotation/tender to ensure that govt hospitals requests are being executed
- Report back to marketing or sales manager on market intelligence
- Input into trackers that are required by business that include samples, patients education materials, patients number by relevant HCPs and enlistment progress update
- Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets
- Execute CME activities as well as providing support on booth duty during local conferences

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Experience handling Oncology, Hematology or Critical Care related areas.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers/ products/ services and selling skills.
- Possess basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, warranties, etc.
- Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Good command in English, both written and spoken

**Education**
Degree or professional qualification in a Science
- or Medical-related discipline with minimum one year experience in similar role.
