**ticketing & refund booking **from Airlines and Distributed to all Mayflower Holidays, Agent, Corporate Client, New Agent registration etc.
- To update ticketing & refund airlines in system
- To assist airlines refund (GDS/ RAA)
- To support team for emergency services
- To ensure refund are submitted before deadlines meeting SOP

**Requirements**:

- At least SPM/Diploma or higher education
- At least 4 years above working experience in related industry or Travel line
- Experience in GDS system will be add advantage
- Good in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel PowerPoint
- Good team work & independently
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Work Location: Mayflower Holidays, Fraser Business Park, Pudu KL, nearby Public Transportation
