To assist Contract manager in contract management, bidding, costing and procurement activities to ensure corporate objectives are met. - Prepare contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentations needed for tender submission - Leading and managing post contract activities including monitoring and preparation of progress claims, VO, final account, evaluation of works, drafting of correspondences. - Attending to all contractual matters and claims for main contract and subcontract - Keep track and controls the expenses of project to make sure the expenditure is in control at all time. - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
