**Job description**
To manage and support colleagues under your responsibility in the goods flow team in order to coordinate and optimise goods flow operations in the store. This will result in agreed product availability for customers and the correct quality of the goods flow process in the store at the lowest possible costs.

**Your Assignment**
- You plan, organise and monitor the flow of goods within your area of responsibility in the store.
- You work actively to improve productivity through efficient resource planning, including managing sickness leave, staff allocation, flexible working and efficient goods flow operations.
- You provide input to your manager on logistics capacity requirements in your area of responsibility and the creation of a business plan and goods flow action plans.
- You empower your team of co-workers by delegating responsibility to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
- You work closely with your merchandising partners in the store commercial team to implement an efficient and successful goods flow process that leads to more sales.

**Qualification**
- Experience of working in a retail and/or logistics role.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to lead based on performing and delivering while learning and developing.
- Ability to manage a high-volume and vibrant retail environment.
- Ability to work during early and the late hours of the day.
