- Handling all inbound calls about customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Proficiency in English Communication (Speak, Read, Write) -Handling all inbound calls about customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
