**Join us as a Sales Consultant at Malaysia’s No.1 Digital Marketing Training Company**
You will be the key driver of revenue growth for the company, directly impacting the company's success with your strategic sales initiatives. **In this role, you will guide prospects through sales processes by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.** You will create personalised proposals that showcase the unique benefits of our products and services, convert prospects into sales with compelling pitches, identify client pain points for upselling or cross-selling our training services, and leverage your deep product knowledge to handle objections and craft winning offers.

- **Commission per month up to an additional: RM5,000++**_
**As a Sales Consultant, you will need to**:
- Analyse customer needs to provide professional advice and tailored solutions.
- Convert prospects into sales by providing great on-time proposals and consistent follow ups.
- Follow company sales process and achieve closing sales objectives.
- Proactively call prospects and identify pain points to upsell or cross-sell training services.
- Learn and master product knowledge to handle objections and create counter offers to close sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring client needs and interactions are documented.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on market trends and to establish a network of potential clients and partners.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or consulting role, preferably within the digital marketing or training sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement solutions tailored to client needs.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient workflow and client management.
- Sales-driven, aggressive, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Enjoy engaging with people and possess an inquisitive mind to understand client needs
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
