We are looking for a **Manufacturing Service Executive **to assist and support in implementing of Co-Man innovated and renovated products and its processes and compliance, as driven by business needs.

**A day in the life of...**
- People and know-how: Develop and maintain competences and quality awareness via training (Including SAP training, Quality trainings especially sensory, analytical methods, quality checks, if necessary, etc.), and commitment to zero defect in the co-manufacturer.
- NPDI: Support in NPDI activities (when there is a business need) e.g. manufacturing trials, commercial runs and etc.
- Quality System and mastership: Support Nestlé Quality and Food Safety Managment System in the quest for zero defect, Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- SAP Master Data Maintenance: Setup and maintain Quality Management data e.g. Inspection Plan, Material Master data, QIR.
- On Time Release: Ensure on-time release of raw and packing materials, semi-finished and/or also finished good as per agreed QMS.
- Laboratory methods and practices: Ensure the correct functioning of the co-manufacturer laboratory, including personnel safety, availability of equipment and training of technicians.
- Hygiene: Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices in the co-manufacturer. Ensure the correct implementation and supervision of the co-manufacturer pest management program.
- Quality auditing and verification: Conduct FSMS auditing programme (Raw & Packaging vendors and co-manufacturer), assessing the performance of the quality system for potential and also existing vendors/Co-Manufacturers, reporting its effectiveness to the management and proposing actions for improvement.
- Continuous improvement and root cause analysis: Assist in monitoring of key quality parameters by means of statistical process control in order to drive structured root cause analysis and continuous improvement in the quest for zero defect. Lead/Manage the co-manufacturer management review of quality (MRQ) and Assist in raising Quality Notifications (QP) when there are quality issues at Co-Manufacturers, participating in the root cause analysis and ensure closure of QPs.
- Compliance: Maintain full compliance of products e.g. yearly monitoring of products.

**What Will Make You Successful**
- Have two or more years of relevant operational experience in Factory or R&D positions
- Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a larger group. Proven track record in delivering results through others.
- Have valid driving license.
