**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Supporting our Head of Operations in the areas of Admin and client services co-ordination.
- Acting as traffic co-coordinator in our sales/marketing and operations processes.
- Managing and ensuring seamless flow of communications among all departments.
- Liaising with mail/package with courier services.
- Data key-in, price increase, product description updates, price labels and others.
- Ensure company facility maintenance done on a regular basis.
- Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
- Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
- Organising events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Managing the maintenance of office and all other facilities.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
