**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all matters related to shipping functions.
- Able to prepare full sets of commercial documentation (such as BL, Shipping Certificate, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
- Able to prepare third-party documents (such as Form D, Chamber COO, etc)
- Liaise well with internal departments, carriers/ freight forwarders to ensure smooth operation for import and export shipments.
- Handle and negotiate freight rates/forwarding costs with related parties.
- Review all PO, shipping instructions received from customers to ensure compliance relating to shipping and documentation
- Monitor and ensure documentation teams meet the stipulated documents lead time
- Continuously strive to provide cooperation to both internal & external customers.
- Support ad hoc and any other duties as assigned in the department by Superior.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese is a must as you will be dealing with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking customers from overseas.
- To be the liaison with Custom / MITI / MIDA on regulatory / exemption/duties and shipment clearance issues, ensure all relevant reports are correct and updated.
- Meticulous, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.

**Requirement**:

- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese & English
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicant must be able to work in **BUKIT BERUNTUNG, RAWANG, SELANGOR**:

- Fresh graduates with intern experience are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
