Our app aims to provide a convenient and efficient platform for customers to book appointments at local barbershops and connect with freelance mobile barbers who can provide on-demand services at their preferred location.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Program Development**:

- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to different client needs.
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including guides, presentations, and videos.

**2. Orientation and Training**:

- Conduct engaging orientations for new clients, acquainting them with the organization's culture, values, and policies.
- Provide training on essential systems, tools, and processes required for success in their roles.

**3. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure accurate completion of onboarding documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting onboarding.

**4. Communication and Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Address queries and concerns promptly, providing ongoing support as needed.

**5. Feedback and Improvement**:

- Solicit feedback from new clients to continuously enhance the onboarding experience.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to implement improvements and adjustments.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, IT, and department heads, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Coordinate with different departments to schedule necessary training sessions and orientation activities.

**7. Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize onboarding tools and technologies to streamline processes and elevate the onboarding experience.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in onboarding practices.

**8. Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and report onboarding metrics, such as time-to-productivity, completion rates, and overall satisfaction.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of one year of proven experience in onboarding or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in onboarding and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with new clients and team members.
- **Organizational and Project Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous attention to detail, focusing on delivering a positive onboarding experience for all stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address challenges proactively and provide effective solutions during the onboarding journey.
- **Familiarity with Onboarding Tools**: Exposure to onboarding software and tools is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is crucial.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- **Passion for Onboarding**: Enthusiasm and passion for creating a positive onboarding experience and ensuring a smooth integration for new stakeholders.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
