Sales Coordinator

**What will your role be**:

- Responsible to coordinate service request from customer and follow up service status with related department.
- Prepare service job quotation / DO / Invoice / commercial invoice / packing list.
- Load order / purchase spare parts as per customer PO.
- Maintain / update goods return/repair request and master service tracking list.
- Travel to customer site to do delivery.
- Provide weekly service status updates to the team.
- Create and update sales orders in the system.
- Convert job and provide service job number to the team.
- Prepare sales reports or other relevant reports periodically to the team/documentation as required by the management.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or management.

***Note**

**_Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory) _**

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience related to purchasing or administration or sales coordination is required for this position.
- Possess own transport and driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs such as Words, Excel, and PPT
