Tender Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Research, identify, and assess tender opportunities related to education and training.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure the quality of tender submissions.
- Review and analyze tender specifications and ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Manage the tender process, from initiation to submission, and coordinate follow-ups and clarifications.
- Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to education and training tenders.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold a professional and welcoming office atmosphere.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of tender processes and experience in participating in tenders is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
