Billing Assistant

Check stock to be deliver to customer before driver departure (check lorry).
- Amend (DO/TAX INVOICE/CASH SALES) for driver delivery to customer every morning.
- Check DO return by driver every day and transfer to invoice.
- Amend and check all DO, TAX INVOICE, CASH SALES that have problem during delivery.
- Fold transferred Tax Invoice and put in an envelope.
- Attached Tax Invoice with customer order.
- Settle customer request (CTC/MISSING TAX INVOICE/DO/CN).
- Filing.
- Job tasks that are not listed above, but will help other department if required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
- Excellent in both written and verbal (Bahasa Malaysia/English)
- PC Literate.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
