Account Admin Clerk

**Responsibilities**
- Reconcile full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly P&L, income tax, balance sheet, statement of accounts, monthly invoices.
- Ensure transaction are processed and recorded properly.
- Filing of financial files, records and relevant documents.
- Provide administrative support to corporate directors.
- Process monthly salary, prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB/SIP/GST and monthly income tax submission.
- Record and track staff leave.
- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders - auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
**Qualification**
- SPM or equivalent level.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel etc.) with typing skills.
- Able to work independently.
- **Experience in SQL accounting system will be a bonus.**:
