Job Scope:
a. Assist in payroll management, such as : - Checking on monthly attendance - Leave & Overtime checking and approval. - Monthly staff’s claim checking.

b. Assist in HR initiatives and improvement.

c. Assist in system testing & Yearly preparation (EA form, Public Holiday Calendar & etc.). a. Involvement in design & develop internal training module to improve overall workforce capabilities. b. Engage external trainers for staffs’ skills/work improvement. c. Assist company to claim on HRDF for HRDF claimable courses.

d. Assist in training arrangement including scheduling, materials preparation & facilities arrangements.

e. Assist to prepare training evaluation form.

Skill & knowledge / Experience in Field:
Detail oriented.

Microsoft office (Formulas & Graphs).

Payroll software (Added advantage).

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Positive attitude, with strong communications skills and eagerness to learn.

Fluent in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (Written & Spoken).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
