Effectively managing customer’s order on a day-to-day basis by coordinating with domestic or international customers ( manufacturer’s buyer/planner )
- To receive order from customers and liaise with planning team to ensure supply of goods within timeline given and response timely
- Verify pricing with marketing and execute & monitor all guideline implemented
- Manage the requirement of the account in order to deliver outstanding customer service whilst meeting the needs of the business by coordinating domestic/ international shipments with logistic department to ensure on time delivery
Job Requirement
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferable Junior executive specialized in customer service or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
