The Manager has the key responsibility to lead the team, to ensure the delivery and implementation of system, support and to deliver the business solutions to users. He/She also works as the liaison and the reference point between system analyst and business users in defining requirements for system development. This is a CES SME Functional Lead for Special Projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of SME (Executive, Specialist and Tester) to ensure projects deliverables within the team is achieved.- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of every member in the team and high-quality performance from team members.- Manages overall resource plan for the team, develop and manage to deliver department business results.- Provides technical guidance to team members and build better career prospect and advancement for subordinates by giving exposure in areas other than the designated roles & responsibilities.- Delivery of business requirement on agreed business requirement and ensure users at the respective areas agree on the guideline.- Ensure personal development for self/ staffs' improvement and build positive working relationships within the team.- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties and projects as assigned by superior.- Leads and manage a group of business analyst in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operation readiness test (ORT) planning and execution.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in Life Insurance/Takaful Industry with knowledge in operations especially in Certificate Servicing will be an added advantage- Knowledge of Takaful model and products with experienced in handling projects will be an added advantage.- Experience in comparative analysis, managing/lead business analyst and operations with a successful track record of working dynamic project teams, establishing priorities and meeting department expectation.- Able to Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard request independently.-
- Good communication skill. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.- Driven by high desire to acquire knowledge and to deliver results.
