HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (Room maid/PA)
- Care of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Adhere to work schedule and be at work on time.
- Conduct briefings.
- Distribute assigned rooms and issue master keys to room attendant/ Inspect and ensure all Public Areas and offices have been assigned and serviced each day
- Inspect and ensures all rooms have been assigned and serviced each day.
- Coaches employees as required.
- Ensure that room/PA attendants' carts are well stocked and stores are neat and tidy.
- Ensure that cleaning equipments are in good working order and cleaning supplies sufficient.
- Focus on VIPs and arrival rooms, ensuring that they are clean and ready for check in.
- Check vacant dirty rooms immediately after they have been cleaned and report to Housekeeping of status.
- Ensure extra beds and baby cots are place in rooms and made up when requested.
- Ensure guest laundry are sent for laundering and delivered back to room.
- Ensure that all public areas, offices, and back of the house work areas meet the established standards of cleanliness
- Report maintenance order immediately and follow up on progress of work.
- Maintain an overall clean and safe hotel for our guests as well as our employees, establishing and maintaining quality control.
- Monitor staff performance ensuring that they are adhering to the quality expectation and standard set by the department.
- Supervise, train, support, and monitor room attendants and turndown attendants.
- Assist Executive Housekeeper to prepare duty roster.
- Comply at all times with the hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Report work-related damages, incident or injury to department head follows by written report of incident/injury.
- Ensure that housekeeping services are completed in a first-class manner.
- Assist in monthly inventories.
- Assist in room cleaning/public area cleaning as and when required.
- Attend briefings, meetings and training.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Management.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per month
