Customer Service Executive

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and other online platforms.
- Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries from customers.
- Continuously identify work process improvements.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time
**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
- Experience in customer service management will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in shift rotations.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
**WORKING HOURS**:
- 5 days working in shift rotation
- Morning Shift: 8:00 - 17:30, Evening Shift: 12:30 - 22:00
