Position Overview:
The Finance Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the finance department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Accurately enter financial data into spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software.
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Financial Documentation:
Prepare and organize financial documents for audits, reviews, and internal reporting purposes. Maintain an organized filing system for financial records and documents
- Confidentiality and Compliance:
Handle financial information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
- Any other jobs as assigned by superior
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM with good attitude and discipline at work
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
