**Job Overview**:
The Finance Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the finance department by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Accurately enter financial data into spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software.
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, and purchase orders.
**2. Financial Documentation**:
- Prepare and organize financial documents for audits, reviews, and internal reporting purposes. Maintain an organized filing system for financial records and documents
**3. Confidentiality and Compliance**:
- Handle financial information with utmost confidentiality and adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
4. Any other jobs as assigned by superior
