- Menyusun hidangan dengan baik agar kelihatan menarik dan profesional.
- Memastikan hidangan yang dihasilkan memenuhi piawaian kualiti dan rasa.
- Boleh mengatur masa dan tugas dengan baik dalam persekitaran dapur yang sibuk.
- Kemampuan untuk menguruskan peralatan dapur, stok makanan, dan mengikuti jadual kerja dengan cekap.
- Mematuhi prinsip-prinsip kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan, serta mengikut protokol dalam penyediaan makanan.
- Memahami asas masakan, teknik memasak, dan pengetahuan tentang bahan-bahan makanan.
- Membersihkan persekitaran dapur dan peralatan dapur.
- Pengetahuan tentang pelbagai jenis masakan tempatan dan antarabangsa adalah diutamakan.

**Kelayakan**:

- Min SPM/Kursus Kulinari
- Diploma/Degree berkaitan masakan
- Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Inggeris
- Berdisiplin
- Berpengetahuan dalam menu Western/Asian Cuisine
- Boleh bekerja lebih masa
- Pengalaman kerja dalam dapur restoran atau hotel adalah satu kelebihan

**Waktu Bekerja**:
Selasa-Ahad (6Hari) / Isnin cuti

10.00am - 10.00pm (Termasuk OT)
