Perform full purchasing functions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures; assist in all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tools and process implementation for purchasing related to goods and services.
- Manage the purchasing processes to include vendor solicitation and pre-qualification; price negotiation, vendor performance feedback and monitoring; dispute resolution and vendor management.
- Coordinate with Human Resource Department and Clinical Instructor regarding training programme conducted by supplier.
- Manage the sponsorship of training matters with vendors including registration and payment and etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Willing to work every Saturday
- Preferably Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Preferably 2 years working experience in relevant field.
- Basic knowledge in data entry, inventory and filing system.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
