**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible to source and evaluate quotation, negotiate and purchase materials from the suppliers.
- Identify and recommend potential new suppliers to enhance procurement options.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Research market trends and pricing to ensure competitive and cost-effective purchases.
- Communicate with Construction Site to ensure alignment in procurement activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess at least Diploma in Procurement or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing in the Construction Industry.
- Proficient in Computer literate and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills and good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
