**Role & Responsibilities**

We're seeking an experienced enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Representative (Sales agent) to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our market reach, enhancing brand awareness, and driving revenue growth. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
2. Brand Building: Create brand awareness for our company's products, ensuring they stand out in a competitive market.

3. Dealer Services: Provide exceptional dealer services by introducing products, addressing inquiries, and resolving sales-related issues promptly.

4. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with sales channel representatives, buyers, and dealers to foster long-term partnerships.

5. Sales Support: Offer comprehensive support to our sales force, distributors, and resellers, ensuring seamless operations.

6. Performance Metrics: Drive offline sales income, optimize cost efficiency, and maintain administrative effectiveness to meet monthly targets.

7. Data Analysis: Continuously review and analyze sales data and reports, providing valuable insights to superiors.

8. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and customer service) to streamline order processing and delivery.

- Ability to multitask and manage numerous design projects simultaneously for timely delivery.

- Effective Communication: Clear communication skills to deliver messages effectively.

**Job Requirements**
- Transportation: Applicants must have their transport and be willing to travel.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of outdoor sales experience is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu (both verbal and written) is mandatory due to interactions with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Sales Quotas: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in pet industry is preferred

**Work arrangements**
- Essentially a five-day workweek (equivalent to a minimum of eight hours per day or the 45 hours per week mandated by labour law), including the state and national holidays.
- Potentially accommodating with regard to a particular colleague's remote work arrangements and site visits.

**Travelling Requirements**
- Travel if a site visit or development for new clients is required

**What does success look like for this role?**
- Sales - 30% MoM Revenue Growth
- Partner Distributor and Reseller - 20% MoM Revenue Growth
