**Job Purpose**:
Regus currently has openings for “IT Sales Representative” working within our IT Sales Team. The IT Sales Representatives will help to find the right solution for new and existing office customers when they express interest in one of our products.
Regus has developed a range of technology services based upon the use of the market leading suppliers such as Cisco and major ISP’s (Tier 1 carriers like Level3, Colt, TATA and Telstra) to meet our customers’ demands. The complexity of our major corporate clients’ requirements (Google, Amazon, IBM, Nokia, etc) need technical, commercial and operational support and this is the key objective of this role. Regus operates as a global ISP and uses several monitoring and management tools that enable it to ensure service availability is maximized, all client IT services must fall within this reach to meet service performance conformance.
The role will be responsible for enabling their region’s IT sales teams to resolve pre and post-sales technical queries to increase deal revenue; work with corporate sales in solution design and delivery for their customers based in their geography; and provide SPOC for regional VIP customer contacts.
The **Technology Advisor** must be able to articulate our technology and product portfolio, positioning it to both business and technical users.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen when participating in client service reviews.
- Provide technical advice through understanding the technical aspects of customer technology so we meet them in the most efficient way.
- Work with Regus IT sales & centre staff and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Liaise between customers’ IT and Regus’ corresponding areas to ensure timely delivery of IT services and products.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations, including design configuration documents.
- The Technology Advisor will have the ability to create collaborative relationships with technical leads/specifiers at Customers, Regus IT sales and operations team members and be recognised as a value-added partner and resource. They will have proved that they are able to operate in complex multi-national organisations.
