About the Customer Success Advisor role...

The Customer Success Advisor works alongside our regional teams to retain and optimize our customers and increase customer lifetime value. We are looking for candidates with sales experience (high pressure targets, overcoming objections, and quick turnaround) and outstanding customer support skills.

What you'll do…

  1. Be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize the value of our products.
  2. Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, developing solutions to optimize their experience.
  3. Effectively manage conflict, negotiate contract terms and meet targets related to customer retention.
  4. Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential churn risks.
  5. Become a subject matter expert on customer retention drivers, providing valuable insights to the business.

What you'll have...

  1. Have sales/revenue background.
  2. Have a genuine passion for customer success and providing great customer experiences.
  3. Enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and thrive on exceeding expectations.
  4. Have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hotel industry or SAAS.
  5. Experience using SAAS products and an ability to quickly identify customer issues and the resolutions required for product optimisation.
  6. You have a high level of Vietnamese & English languages.
