About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Leader to join our team at StoreHub.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, account management, or retail operations and be able to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships.

This is a full-time role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Fostering strong relationships with merchants and stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and continued engagement.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on expectations and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or retail operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms or within the retail/F&B sectors.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and experience managing multiple accounts.
