Key Responsibilities
As the Customer Experience Leader at FCM Asia, you will own the pathway of growing and building out our Hubbing strategy across the Asia region. This involves representing FCM towards external customers, participating in the selling process, and owning the quality of service on a client basis.
You will also facilitate team meetings and client briefings, ensure ongoing communication and alignment between various service locations included in the Hub configuration (Philippines and Malaysia), and support, encourage, and offer help to team members.
