Customer Acquisition Leader

We are looking for a talented Customer Acquisition Leader to help us grow our business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue.
You will leverage data analysis, industry research, and competitive benchmarking to inform your decisions, and work closely with the sales and operations teams to refine existing coworking solutions and develop new offerings that align with evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments through data analysis, industry research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to refine existing coworking solutions and develop new offerings.
- Test and validate new product ideas, implementing pilot programs and gathering data on user engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth/product marketing portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant fields.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention with data-backed strategies.
- Experience in product marketing and product-led growth strategies, with the ability to influence product development and go-to-market execution.
