Customer Acquisition Representative required at Denave. You will sell cloud-based products and services to existing and prospective customers.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, and customer success teams to drive business development and foster strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Qualification
    • Qualify leads using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
    • Understand potential clients' needs, pain points, and goals.
    • Tailor messaging and proposals to meet the unique needs of clients in different industries.
  • Product Knowledge & Presentations
    • Gather knowledge about Denave's cloud offerings, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and other cloud-based solutions.
    • Present cloud solutions and features to clients.
    • Nurture leads and guide them through the sales process.
    • Develop customized proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients.
    • Closely meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Keep track of customer and lead information in the CRM system.
    • Regularly communicate with existing customers to offer additional cloud solutions and services.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research & Trends
    • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings in the cloud space.
    • Apply market insights to enhance sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, including revenue generation, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle times.
    • Report sales progress to management regularly.
