Client Acquisition Representative

As an Operational Excellence Coordinator at Experian Health, you will have the opportunity to promote our innovative solutions and drive customer acquisition. Your extensive knowledge of operations and experience working in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable in this role. You will also receive ample training and guidance to hone your client engagement and selling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible and reliable; maintain confidentiality; exhibit integrity, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment to perform a variety of duties related to daily operational processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Challenge when appropriate and drive activity within the business areas.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other essential software tools is considered an added advantage, assuming a baseline level of computer literacy.
• Experience in supervising a team of staff towards set goals will be an added advantage.
• Highly self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
