We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Operations Lead to join our team at RollingPay, a fintech company that provides AI-driven credit solutions for SMEs in Malaysia.

In this role, you will oversee our day-to-day sales activities and operations, focusing on acquiring new SME clients and managing their onboarding process.

The Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet our acquisition targets
  2. Identify new business opportunities and expand our SME client base
  3. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion
  4. Optimize our SME onboarding processes for efficiency
  5. Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  6. Work closely with our marketing team to align efforts
  7. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  4. Strong understanding of SME financing and digital solutions is a plus
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills
  6. Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics tools
  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (required for client communication)
