Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Enterprise customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering timely and organized onboarding for customers to ensure they see the full value in Cloudflare's products.
- Providing clear proactive technical guidance and expertise across all our products.
- Collaborating with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams to assist with technical escalations.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for expansion for existing customers.
- Contributing towards the success of the CSE organization through knowledge-sharing activities.
