Grocery Manager

Oversee daily operation, ensures the quality and standards meet the expectations of the company and customers.
- Develop and execute business strategies in operational improvement to increase the profitability of operations.
- Plan, develop and manage local store marketing activities/promotion to increase the store profit/sales.
- Manage store social media activities and promotion for company branding in increasing customer pool and expand store traffic.
- To review and formulate standard operating procedures and Company’s control system in minimize operating costs, efficiency inventory movement and security system of the store.
- Ensure all stores maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service experience and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the grocery shelves are maintained clean, organized and loaded with fresh products all the times.
- Manage and supervise the overall HR matters including staff personal grooming, recruitment, staff training & coaching, performance evaluation & disciplinary issues.
- Ensure floor staff compliance to all operating standards relating to quality, service, cleanliness.
- Supervise shift opening and closing, and daily review sales report and cash collection at the end of the day.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in retail/grocery, supermarket, food industry or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to execute sales campaign.
- Strong in customer management, product and inventory management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of the staff.
- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
