**Employment**: 2-Months Probation + 4-Months Internship

**Duration**: Full-Time, 5 Days /Week, from 9AM-6PM, for 6 Months

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in medicine, nursing, public health, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory
- Past experience in research development within healthcare settings, including experience in managing databases, crafting research papers, and submitting grant proposals, is highly valued
- Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, including researchers, healthcare professionals and funding agencies to support project planning and execution
- Proficiency in database management systems and statistical analysis software to organise and analyse research data effectively
- Experience in literature review, data collection, and analysis to contribute to the development of research proposals and publications
- Capability to work autonomously and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to different working environments
- Ability to work remotely and in the field, demonstrating adaptability to different working environments
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets, for collaboration and document management
- Fluent in both English and Malay, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

**Responsibilities (Internal Operations)**:

- Research Development:

- Assist in the development of research projects within the organisation, including drafting research proposals, designing methodologies and crafting research papers
Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and analysis to contribute to the development of research proposals and publications
- Database Management and Analysis:

- Utilise database management systems and statistical analysis software to organise and analyse research data effectively
- Maintain and update research databases
- Generate reports and summaries of research findings for internal use and external dissemination
- Team Collaboration:

- Work autonomously and within a team to support the research and development activities of the organisation
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and seeking input as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate research findings into programmatic activities and organisational strategies

**Responsibilities (Project Roles)**:

- Grant Proposal Development:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of grant proposals to secure funding for research projects
- Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure all components of the grant proposal are completed accurately and on time
- Research Project Management:

- Support the planning and execution of research projects, including coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress
- Assist in the recruitment and coordination of research participants, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and research protocols
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
- Data Collection and Analysis:

- Conduct data collection activities, such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather information for research projects
- Analyse research data using appropriate statistical methods and software, interpreting results and drawing conclusions to inform project findings
- Document research methodologies, data analysis procedures, and findings in written reports and presentations for internal and external audiences

**Compensation**:

- 2-Months Probation: RM500
- 4-Months Internship: RM1,000 /Month + Allowances for Field Work

**Grow With Us**: After completing their 6-months, successful applicants will have the option to extend their employment.
