**Main Job Scope**:

- Working closely with Operation Manager/Managing Director.
- Managing Sales & Operations.
- Managing Online System (Bizz App, Ninja Van, or any system assigned).
- Administrated office and its operation (product and services).
- Operation and office related documentations.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and documentation control & etc.
- Dealing with general correspondence with external parties.

**Other duties as assigned by the Management**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience required.
- Familiar with System Bizz App are advantaged.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Knowledge in MS Office especially good in MS Office Excel.
- Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
- A willingness to learn.
- Willing to travel.

**Can start immediately start JUNE 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Benefits**:
