**Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Set sales targets, create sales forecasts, and establish action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales.

**Outlet Management**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers in multiple outlets, ensuring consistent implementation of sales strategies and operational excellence.
- Monitor and assess outlet performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising, product availability, customer service quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address performance gaps or operational issues.

**Team Management and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and onboard store supervisor and sales staff for multiple outlets.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric approach.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to communicate sales strategies, updates, and best practices.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products offered by the store, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.
- Share product knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Actively engage in product training sessions and utilize available resources to enhance knowledge base.

**Omnichannel Integration**:

- Oversee the integration and synchronization of various sales channels, including in-store, online, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement processes and technologies that facilitate seamless customer experiences across channels, such as click-and-collect or ship-from-store capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and e-commerce teams to ensure the smooth functioning of online platforms and systems, including inventory management and order processing.

**Sales Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from multiple outlets and channels to evaluate performance and identify trends.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing sales results, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize sales strategies, and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock turnover, and product performance to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize stock-outs.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong customer relationships and promote a customer-centric culture across multiple outlets.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer loyalty programs, personalized marketing initiatives, and targeted campaigns to drive customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities.
- Communicate sales goals, strategies, and updates to store managers and sales staff, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Participate in management meetings and provide regular updates on sales performance, initiatives, and challenges.

- At least 3 years of manager position in retail industry
- 45 working hours per week

- Require to work on every weekends, holidays and retail peak season

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales Manager: 3 years (required)
