Lilit Digital E-commerce Manager

As Digital E-Commerce Manager The primary purpose of this role is to manage all LILIT online sales platforms, act as a liaison with the Tech Team & oversee CRM initiatives, and oversee the development, implementation, and management of an online sales strategy for the company. This includes driving online revenue growth, managing website content, optimizing the user experience, analyzing website metrics, and ensuring the website is optimized for search engines.
**Responsibilities** include but are not limited to:
**E-Commerce**
- Online sales performance.
- Build strategic eCommerce strategy for LILIT, which combine sales, marketing, technology, and management expertise that delivers a great brand and shopping experience.
- Set up, test, and execute initiatives that improve the online experience.
- Develop and monitor performance analytics & website traffic.
- Ensure digital aesthetics & language follows the brand guidelines.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and online best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies and recommendations on tactics.
- Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process-optimization initiatives.
**Digital**
- Effectively use analytics to identify the success/failure of campaigns and performance trends.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
**CRM**
- Analyze online touchpoints and customer funnel to identify points of friction along customer journey, recommend areas of improvement, and introduce best practices.
- Gather customer and market insights to improve outreach strategies, generate sales, increase customer conversions, and drive loyalty.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Using existing customer information to identify new potential customers and target audiences.
- Dividing the customer database by certain relevant customer characteristics and personalising the approach accordingly.
- Executing customer relationship procedures and implementing them.
- Constantly studying the organisation's direct competitors and analyzing how they handle customer relationships.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to Lead/Motivate a team.
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
- Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 per month
