Requirement:Possess at least SPM or Diploma education levelPossess good computer knowledge i:e MS Office (Words, Excel, etc.)At least 1 years of working experience in the related field.Able to communicate in Malay and EnglishPosses interpersonal skills to deal with suppliersWilling to learn new things Job Description:Keep abreast of product information.Communicates and determines scheduling with suppliers for pricing, order fulfillment and delivery.Review price lists and update databases.Monitor stock level and verify purchase requisitions.Search available products to find best combination of quality, price and delivery.Follow up for all items ordered and undelivered as schedule.Liase with Repair Bay to ensure to check order requirement.Liase with store and finance to good receive and finance payment.Issue order to HOD and follow up for delivery time with supplier.Filing supplier Delivery Order and Purchase Order.Any other duties as required to fulfill company needs.
