To lead and manage the kitchen team on preparing the required food/items for the restaurant based on reservation covers on daily forecast.
- To guide and supervising, coordinating and participating in activities of personnel engaged in preparation, cooking and serving as required.
- To ensure the quality and quantity production are met for all occasions.
- Encourage and inspire team members to perform at their level best.
- To ensure that the Kitchen operation complied with FSMS system, and always maintain the food cost.
- To prepare dishes based on the recipes and methods.

**Job Requirement**:

- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Culinary arts or similar certification compulsory
- 5 Year(s) of working experience in Kitchen and preferably those with hotel.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay
- Energetic and positive thinking
- Good physical condition with problem-solving skills
- Personality: Open minded, flexible, risk taker & open to travel
- Team player, yet autonomous and able to multi-task
- Able to work long hours and work under pressure

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
