Ensure invoice according order customer
- Answer customers' inquiries & provide assistance/guidance
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and sales team goals
- Attacking outbound and inbound at google/socmed to increase sales activation by online sales
- Keep update servey customer wholesale what their needed
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM and above
- Have an experience in Sales / Customer Service / Related roles
- Good in communication skills
- Pro active
