Business Development Executive

Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities
- Market research, evaluation of new opportunities, develop channel agents and high-quality clients.
- Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company’s strategy
- Participate in sales launches and data mining for potential customer and source for new business
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure they receive the outstanding services
- Communicating and introducing market promotions to customers via phone and network
- Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
Job Requirement
- A university Diploma, degree in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration or related field add advantage.
- Previous experience in business development or sales within the financial sector
- Good understanding in FX, CFDs and leveraged products would be advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent networking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
