_**VERY URGENT**_

This position covers all aspects of the business development function from strategic planning, identifying key opportunities, and execution of Amco Elevation’s long-term strategy. As Aritco Sweden’s partner in Malaysia, he / she will help Amco Elevation raise its brand awareness by working with key specifiers to win projects in order to capture market share. This person should have a clear understanding of the spec-to-sale process, ideally having sold for a premium brand previously.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Spec-to-sale
2. Customer experience

4. Business development/market assessment
5. Brand building
6. Project management involving multiple parties
7. High level selling

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Electrical Engineering
2. Additional commercial diplomas or certificates will be an advantage.

Professional Experience:
1. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in selling high-end building and construction materials, or in a related industry.
3. Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers and contractors.

**Work arrangements**

Outstation travel between 6 to 8 times a year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
